The 2012 Kamloops Earth Run 5K run/walk will kick off World Environment Week. All race proceeds will go to nonprofit organizations in the Kamloops area that work toward better understanding and management of our natural resources.

Online registration is available until June 1. Race check-in and packet pickup will be available one hour prior to race start. Onsite registration will also be available one hour before race start (shirt and size availability not guaranteed).

The 2012 Kamloops Earth Run will be a 5K run/walk.

• Souvenir race shirt
• Accurate chip timing
• Entry in the post-race prize raffle

Cancellation Policy:

All entries are non-refundable and non-transferable. Earth Run will be held rain or shine.

Prizes:

Got your eye on the prize? Recognition will be given to the top three male and female 5K finishers of each age group listed below, with awards for male and female age group winners.

• 12-16
• 17-22
• 23-29
• 30-39
• 40-49
• 50-59
• 60-69
• 70 and up

Awards will also be given in the following categories:

• 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place fundraisers
• Largest corporate, family, or school group

Participant Requirements:

• You must be able to complete the course within two hours.
• You must be in good health and physically prepared to take on the challenges of a 5K.
• You must be registered to participate. Please, no bandits.
• Headphones are permitted, provided that you remain aware of your surroundings and do not pose a hazard to yourself or others.
